S Memo cant send Via Messaging

Hi, I did a small fast drawing using my Samsung Note and the S Memo APP... and then I click on share via (Messaging) and sent it to 2 people they cant get it.. I tried one and a time and they still couldn't get it.. they are using the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS... do you know why they wouldn't get it.. they got this message - One or more of the message components have been deleted by MMS Adaption. Either the message was too large or the components were unsuitable for your terminal

does anyone know why I would get this..

I have the same problem sending from s2 att to iphone, when attaching memo they get a question mark instead of an attachment symbol. Sent to blackberry and got same results.
