S Memo Vanished - Can't Open the Files. Please Help

I was in the middle of writing a very long S Memo last night when it suddenly vanished; I'm not sure if I accidentally hit the 'Cancel' button.

I immediately plugged my phone into the computer and saved the Cache and another folder called Switcher, located in >Applications>S Memo.

As it turns out, there are multiple .sfm files in the folder from the exact time I was writing the S Memos. I know that S Memos are .snb's - however, when I tried re-saving the .sfp files as .snb's, they would not open. The error reads 'Failed to Load File'.

Given that I essentially might have the files here, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to open a SFP or SNB. The work I was doing is very important- I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

The thread points out the files can be found in the cache. My problem is my files were not saved - but seem to be appearing in the cache anyways as .SFP's, which I cannot open - - even when converted to .SNB's. Thanks for posting the thread anyways.

Well if it wasn't saved in the cache then there is nothing we can do sadly :(

The files are in the cache as .SFP - as opposed to .SNB. I have not successfully opened even after changing the file type to .SNB.

Wanted to see if there was a program, conversion or anything else anyone knew about.

Exporting as .jpgs do not seem to work either.

Which device and carrier do you have, this question would be best asked in your device forum, so others can chime in. Advise and i will move it there, I'm guessing you have a Note II ??

Well. I figured out an extremely incredible and simple solution that I'd like to share. Admins - knock this one up for RESOLVED please, lots of ppl have this issue.

I downloaded a program that was supposed make the .sfp accessible. It didn't and only opened it as code - but the code was re-arranged than what I had seen when I opened the sfp in notepad. I notice the top line read '%PNG'.

PNG?!!!

I right-clicked and opened all the SFP's with Windows Paint.

Everything is there for me to copy...!
