Help S memo

I recently went to the S7 and have just realized that my Smemos from my S4 did not transfer, I am signed into my Samsung account but my memos did not appear. I no longer have the S4. Is there anyway to recover this information

You obviously need the S4 to recover them. You need to check if the SMemo on the S4 is set to backup to Samsung account.

If you still have the s4, hook it up together with your new phone and open up smart switch (it's in settings > backups) and then transfer the information there you may need to download smart switch onto your s4 as well

No longer have the S4 and yes it was set to backup. I had to do a factory reset once on it and all of my motes reloaded
