Rename it pg86img.zip
Place it on the root of your SD card
Reboot to bootloader
Accept update
After it finishes, and you boot to stock, remove or rename the pg86img.zip file.

Easy, right?

Now you are stock, with stock recovery.
You are STILL s off.

If you want to flash a recovery, just flash through fast boot....

Thanks.. Is it possible to turn S back on?

I want my phone completely stock to sell.

Yes it can be done, I've never done it so i cannot advise on how to do that.
But there is no reason to change back to s on, if the person you sell to wants to root, they will be glad its done. If they don't root, they will never know the difference

No, why would it break WiFi?

I believe it's a problem with the Connections Optimizer that loads after the phone is updated and I couldn't tell you why exactly or how WiFi conks out because of it but a few people have posted ROM's that are stock which do that and some don't. Think the problem's been fixed on a lot of the stock ROMs out there now so maybe don't need to worry about it anymore, thanks!

I see, i remember that problem, but i don't think that was from ruu. I have never had that problem with this ruu, and I've run this specific pg86img several times, and have shared numerous times to help others. Once this ruu is flashed you will need to run at least 2 updates, if you want the latest firmware, it may be 3 updates i don't remember.
