S-pen as shutter release?

Nope..... unless it's made by Samsung, I doubt they will because the new note 10/10+ has this feature as well as other camera controls built in.

Ah, right. Thanks. Do you know if bluetooth remote controls work? Will any such control work or do I need one specific to the Note 8?

i believe i was able to control my phones camera using my gear s3 frontier watch.....not sure about other apps or devices that might do want you are asking.
