Help S Pen doesn't work on the bottom inch of the screen.

Hey all,

My S Pen doesn't seem to want to work on the bottom inch or so of the screen. I had a holster with a magnetic flap, but it's nowhere near the phone now. Is my digitizer permanently broken, or does it recover after a while? Any help on this would be appreciated. I just bought this thing a couple of days ago...
 
Hi,

I m going to go out on a limb and say definite hardware issue. Also, since magnetic cases/etc. are rather common I cannot imagine that this was to blame. Just take it in for a replacement, there should be no problem so long as you are fast enough.

Strange. I just started using the phone expecting the usual gimped screen, and what do you know. The pen works everywhere again. Can't say I did anything to the phone, either. Only took a few days for whatever it was to clear up...

Are you going to use the same case again?
 
If you like minimal cases, the Samsung Protective Cover fits very nicely. Nice case. Anyways, I'm glad your phone is working as it should.
