Help S Pen not working

So on the 5th I got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3
today, the 11th, the pen suddenly decides it doesn't want to work. I've cleared cache I've done a factory reset. It doesn't fix anything. I lost all of my drawings for nothing. Anyone have any idea how to help?
