S Pen to text feature

I've noticed on several YouTube reviews the s pen feature of writing something and it turns to printed text. When they activate this feature a black box appears that one writes in and the text conversion happens. When I activate the feature I get a keyboard instead of the box to write in. Did this feature go away with the last software change?

Think it's still there

Long press the button to the left of the space bar. Then select the T and pen symbol.
