Help S planner default event calendar

So I've just gotten myself a Galaxy S 3.

And I've run into a problem, namely when I use S planner to create an event, it always defaults to the samsung calendar in the top where I can choose calendars.

I have in the sync options under s planner disabled the samsung calendar, however it still pops up, anyone know a way to default it to something else, specificly my google calendar?
 
Mine doesn't have a Samsung calendar listed and defaults to my Google one, probably because I never entered any Samsung account details.

If you don't use Samsung apps much, see if there's a way of removing your info from the phone.
 
in S-planner go to its Setting/Calendar. from there you can choose and check which calendar you want to show. just check one so it won't double your events.
 
I had this problem too. Though I don't remember exactly how I 'removed' the samsung calendar, but I think it was deleting the calendar and calendar storage data. After that I sync'd google calendar and that was it.
 
I had this problem too as I could not see a way to change the default new calendar entry. But I found a way.

If you go into the main settings, then to Accounts and sync you should see all your accounts that you are syncing. I clicked on the samsung account and then removed account.

This meant that gmail calendar was my default.

However, this also means that you cannot use Samsung DIVE (to locate phone or send it a message if it is lost). I then went back to "Accounts and sync" and did add account - samsung account.

Gmail is still my default and I can track my phone if someone is so jealous of the phone they decide it is for them...

When I try that I do not see a Samsung account, I only see my Google account. I have a Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant.

I see no use for this 'My Calendar' account...

Ayyymen ! Totally useless account ! :mad:

I'm having the same problem with JB and my GS3 .... So far it's the only complaint and it's a small one so .... :rolleyes:
