Help S Planner keeps defaulting to Samsung Calendar

I managed to do this on my wife's S3 mini last week but can't get the default calendar (for entries) to shift from "my calendar" on my own S3, really annoying, and there's not Samsung account installed

SOLVED:

1. Open Splanner
2. Add Event '+'
3. Under Add event - tap Calendar
4. Select the Calendar you want to be the default
5. DONE!

Confirming that this still is the solution on my, now outdated, S5.

Add an event without any details, and choose the calendar you wish as default then 'SAVE'. The chosen calendar will then be standard.
