S Planner

It appears that since I upgraded from Ice Cream Sandwich to Jelly Bean on Wednesday, that my S planner is not displaying my phone calls and text. Has anyone else noticed this, if so can it be resolved?

Is S planner an app for a Samsung device? If so, what device do you have?
I am not familiar with S planner, so I googled it and it looks like an app. Am I correct?

I have a Samsung S3. I think S planner comes with the phone (Samsung app?)
