Help S Translator on S5

Hi All,

My wife has the S4 and we've just discovered S Translator that works very well.

I have an S5 but S Translator is not installed.

So, I extracted the S Translator_1.3.19_819.apk file and sent it to my phone via s beam.

When I try to install it on my S5, I get a message that says "install block" so i click on settings and allow installation from unknown sources just once.

I click on install and it starts to do it's thing then I get an error message saying "x app not installed".

Anyone know why it wont allow me to install on the S5 or have any ideas how I can get it to work?

It's driving me mad!!

Have you tried going to the app's website to determine if it is compatible with S5? Just a thought. Good luck.

If I am not mistaken that is a Samsung app, for that specific phone. You cannot just copy it to another model.

You might want to explore the Google Translate app. It's available in the Google play store.
