S Voice and Voice command Issue.!!

Hi All,

Lately, I have been facing issues with S voice as it no longer works unless the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
However, This was not the case when I bought it as it was working fine even if it was not connected to the wi-fi.

Second, voice command for incoming calls doesn't work at all. neither it worked before nor its working now.
Or may be I am using this particular feature in a wrong way..so please tell me what are the conditions to be true to have voice command for incoming calls working?
well, the way I use it, when any call comes and phone is not in my hand I try to respond to it by speaking 'Accept' or 'Reject' but it never works.


Kindly someone please look into above two matters and give a solution?

My voice commands are working fine but my S-voice has changed so much. She used to be a nice sounding peppy happy girl, then she changed to a robot so I switched to UK English. That was good for awhile and then suddenly UK English turned into a guy and now my regular S-voice has turned into a depressed old woman. I quit using it. I guess this is Apple's dirty work with these pantents?

it needs an internet connection is your data/3g turned on - took me a while to realise this also.. not sure about answering calls tho
