S-voice not talking back

Hey, so basically the question I'm asking is how to turn it back on to speak to me because I just went into s-voice one day and it wouldn't talk back please help.

You can start S Voice by pressing the home button twice. The home button is at the bottom of the device, in the center. Tap the three dots in the top-right to bring up the menu, and tap Settings. Tap Voice wake-up, then tap Set wake-up command.

I did do some research about s-voice and found that its a common issue with Samsung. So I suggest you called Samsung customer service 800 number because everyone that had that problem haven't came up with a fix for it.
