Help S Voice quit talking

S Voice quit talking about the time others reported a new voice on their phones, I've searched settings for a toggle I may have accidently switched without success.

This isn't Earth shattering but I'd like to have the voice option, all help is appreciated.

try this. first make sure your volumes are up. second open up s voice and at the bottom left u will see an icon next to the microphone button. click that. it will start talking agian.
