Help S voice!!!!!!!

Which setting do I need on my galaxy note 4 to use my s voice when my phone is on key lock? It works when the lock is off but there is no fun in that.

Hi,
Go to settings > language&input.
Scroll down to voice input.
Tap on the gear icon next to the enhanced google services button.
Tap on the Ok Google detection.
Enable the options.
From the google app and,
From any screen.
