S10 - no mobile data!

My S10 on Verizon (via PagePlus) worked perfectly until recently... It stopped displaying SMS and MMS, and then lost mobile data entirely. Everything else seems to be fine. Conversations with PagePlus customer service (in Mumbai, I think!) produced various combinations of instructions, including reboot, remove - then replace - SIM, turn airplane mode ON then OFF, set and reset the APN, etc. etc. PagePlus insists that the function is turned ON, that the problem is not at their end.

This morning, in frustration, I *RESET* the @#$%! phone.
Still no mobile data.

HELP!

factory reset should not affect mobile connectivity. it could be a hardware issue. and you said you replaced the sim card, correct?

Oh! I had thought that some app or setting might be interfering...
Well, I pulled and then reinserted the SIM card, but didn't use a new one. I'll try that tomorrow!
