Help s111

hi i have samsung s111 cell phone and i bought before 1 month sometime it was giving me this message when i want to call somebody (you are not registered on the network) when i restart the device the problem was fixed
then i changed the sim card with new one still have the same problem (some times)
i went to the distributor who said there is no problem with device and he formated the device
then the same message still appear and new message which appear too much
(invalid MMI or error in connection)
i dont know how to fix it plz help me
OS is Andriod 4.1.2

Sounds like a Galaxy S3 support issue, and I was happy to move this thread to the Galaxy S3 forum so that more experienced people can see it and hopefully help you. I hope you don't mind the move, I did it so that you would not have to type it all again

So the new sim card has the same issue, even after the dealer factory reset?
