s2 Problem dowmloading apps

I have just recieved the Galaxy s2 and still learning, I seem not to be able to down load any apps from the app store ! can anyone help please ?

Can you give us more details? Are you trying to download from the Play store app on the phone or from a PC browser? What exactly happens when you try to download an app?

It starts down loading I think then a message with na triangle warning comes on saying download failure !

I dont think its my signal as the internet works ok on it !

Cant find skygo as well !

Did you confirm the app is compatible with your phone? Have you tried downloading using a WiFi connection?

My mate has the same phone with that app on !
No I havent tried wi fi , wilol do when i try again
