S2 Rooted ROM toolbox pro

Hey guys. Have the s2 900 and have just got ROM toolbox kit pro, it mostly just makes my phone crash whenever i apply something like a boot animation, how do i fix this? Also dont really know alot about ROMS, where do i download them, how to get them up and running and how to customize my phone on my own with this app?? Dummies guide please

Firstly, what Rom are you running just now? You really need to be using a custom Rom prior to flashing anything with romtoolbox, not everything will work using it, somethings will, but I believe it is designed more for nexus devices than Samsung so
it really is trial and error!

Do a backup after each individual flash and then if something doesn't take, just restore previous backup! Falling that you can re flash the custom Rom if your choice and it will reset anything you changed!

Then assuming it's working ok etc....make a backup in recovery download a custom Rom(if you like stock looks etc, go for most popular here....neat Rom) sale sale provides methods to change certain features anyway using various mods, however I've tried in the past and successfully used toolbox to create new icons!
