S2 sometimes goes directly to voicemail

My galaxy S2 sometimes goes directly to voicemail when some one calls me. It might ring at the 3rd or 4th attempt. Please help

I don't think there is anything you can do. Every smartphone I've owned has done that, including my Treo and Omnia.

My Galaxy S (cappy) does that sometimes. It's annoying, but it seems to happen on lots of different phones.

Check your call history. Look at the full contact information for the numbers that go directly to voicemail. Please check that you haven't accidentally clicked, send to voicemail, on those contacts.

Also, verify the services that you have associated with your phone. You may not have call waiting activated.
