S23 Skipping Letters While Typing

I have a.Samsung S23. Over the last month it started skipping letters while I was typing texts, doing searches, using FB messenger. etc. (Basically I hit the key and it didn't type the letter). Sometimes the skipping was frequent, other times occasional). I tried uninstalling various apps, using different keyboards, different texting apps, cleared cache, etc. Nothing worked. Verizon finally sent me a replacement phone and I used Smartswitch to move all my stuff to the new phone. I had this new phone for a week and all was fine. Today it started skipping again. So obviously this is not a phone issue since the new phone is doing it now. Could this be an app? Maybe I should have done a factory reset instead of using Smartswitch, does that make a diff? Where do I go from here?

Are you typing too fast?
What language keyboard do you use?
English?
Hebrew?
Croatian?
Have you tried typing on different devices and what was the outcome?

Not typing too fast at all. English. Doesn't happen on other devices. I have had lots of smartphones and never had this issue before. I feel like I'm at a loss. And I don't understand why this phone was fine for a while and now it's started happening again.

Except I did. This is the replacement I got a week ago. Doing it again. Should I have done a factory reset instead of SmartSwitch? Or does that even matter?

I have been trying to avoid because it makes me uneasy. I guess as long as everything is backed up on Google Drive? Will I have to set up my home screens again?
