I ask because my son is thinking of switching to Verizon (from AT&T) but he must have Euro roaming ability.

He'd be better with T-Mobile. You can roam anywhere in the world with T-Mobile at no extra charge while you're on wifi. Your phone number will even accept incoming calls.

Is it just me? I think the keyboard works fine. I love it.
It's the predictive text that makes the GS3 look like a startac when compared to iOS' version.

The GS3 is a fantastic phone (same boat as OP) except for 1) screen is worthless in the sun 2) predictive text blows 3) app store still not fully developed. Really that's it.
