Help S3 Battery help?

I just bought my S3 yesterday and everything about the phone is great except for the battery life, I was at 100% and after I took it off the charger it said I had 58 minutes of battery time left... can anyone help?

Yeah, cycle your battery a couple of times so your phone learns the batteries parameters.

where does it say you have x hours of battery life left?
Mine only says how long it's been running on battery....

if you can, get a screen shot of it.

It's in your head, once you get over having a new phone you will not have the screen on constantly and you'll see that it has great battery life.
