Help S3 .. dose not send or receive any thing via bluetooth ... !!!!!!!!!!

i have a big problem im my Galaxy S3...

i cant send or receive any thing via bluetooth ... to mobile or computers

always when prosses about to complete S3 said Fail !!

i need your help please ..

i got 90% solution .... im useing app now to send BT

but i dont like the app couz of adv.

any help?
