Help S3 Email Stuck after large delete

Hi:
After finally noticing the Trash Folder contained 6300 emails, I deleted them all. It took nearly 12 hours, but slowly it churned through them all, except 1 last email, and then became stuck on "Loading Messages". Now, it cannot load anything in Trash, and cannot load any emails to the Inbox more recent than 12/13 8:57pm.

The Master Sync is On. Under Accounts, Email, it shows last Synced just a few minutes ago when I synced it from there. But still, no new emails in the Inbox. What is wrong, what should I try?

Go to:
Settings > Apps > Select your email app > Force stop > Clear cache
Reboot the phone and see if that helped.

Thanks. I ended up calling Samsung support. Removed the email account. Then added email account. Cleared cache too.
Crazy thing works now. I appreciate your help.
