Help S3 firmware update problems

I just updated my firmware early this morning for my SGT999V. I believe it came out just yesterday. I didn't notice much of a change except that the Green android character that pops up when your calling somebody or receiving a call has been replaced by a simple looking phone... Does anyone know how to change that picture?

Also when I plugged in my charger to my S3 the vibration was long, now it just vibrates once really quickly if I can change it back to the long vibration then that would help a lot. Thank you

It is a contact picture shown when there is no specific contact picture assigned and can only be changed by rooting. Not recommended.

Instead, you can assign photos to your contacts and those will be shown instead.
