I cracked the glass on my S3. I had replaced it once before, so no brainer, Right? Well, I ordered a new glass (and Spare one) from the same place as last time, then carefully removed the old one and was able to save it. I installed the new glass and now the touch screen doesn't work. I have restarted the phone as this has helped before, but it didn't work. I removed the new glass and installed the cracked glass and the touch screen works. I tried the spare glass I bought and the touch screen doesn't work, I put the cracked glass back on and it works.
