S3 i9300 Hardware upgrades

I want to upgrade my S3 i9300 Battery and possibly also a wireless charger.

First point are these higher power cells really that good or is it just a sicker?
for example.

Also i noticed you can get a 4500mah battery but uses a larger back cover, anyone know a case that will fit after this is done?

Lastly with the wireless charger kits, are they safe? do they cause any issues?

1) They do extend the amount of time you can use the phone between charges. They also take longer to recharge.

2) Can't help you with a case.

3) Wireless chargers are very inefficient (much of the power they consume is wasted) and they produce a lot of heat - which can, but doesn't necessarily, shorten the phone's life.

I can't comment on your 1st 2 questions as I don't know. But I do use wireless chargers exclusively with my S3. After having 3 broken charging ports between my wife and I now, I think it's worth the slower charge times and the little bit of heat created vs. having another charging port wear out. It's really not that much heat at all, around 15 degrees Fahrenheit above room temperature. The biggest draw back I see is that you can't use the phone while its sitting on the charger (only because it's kind of hard to do, but you could if you really wanted to.) If you do go with an extended battery you may have a hard time getting the wireless charging receiver to line up with the contacts since the battery will move them further away. I recommend the Nokia DT-900, AT&T has them on-sale right now.

The receiver just sits on top the battery. I have this one: Amazon.com: SainSonic S3 Wireless Charger: Car Electronics but there are some for cheaper on eBay. It does create a small bulge under the battery cover but not enough to where it still won't fit into most cases. I'm using an Otterbox Defender and it charges through the case no problem.
