ROMs S3 mini in boot loop

I've searched for days now and still no answer
I cannot get into recovery mode and I'm in a boot loop and don't know how to get out of it plsHELP!!!​

press hold the volume up + home
then press the power button
release the power button when you see the logo
use volume buttons to scroll and power button to select
choose wipe data/Factory Reset
choose yes--delete all user data
choose reboot now
