Phone was screen lock due to many attempts. Can not unlock using google acct. Try to hard reset using keys combo but it doesn't go either recovery and/or download mode. Have seen threads related to ADB and SDK tools and able connect it but can't go further like to factory reset or wipe data due to permission denied. I guess phone is not rooted and USB debugging is not enabled. Please help. Thanks
