S3 Mini Vibation Problems

[Android Question]

I have had my Samsung S3 Mini for one Month now and am having a huge problem: my phone vibartes randomly on a constant basis. I have googled around and tried all suggestions and since nothing has helped I am desperate. Please help me!

Android Version: 4.1.2
Carrier: Fonic, which uses O2 network, in Germany

I use Ingress and the Llame App, in case that plays a role.

Just a guess, but check the USB port using a magnifying glass and a strong light. Remove any dirt in there. And make sure that the center "bar" is in the center, not leaning on the shell. (If you have to move it a bit, be VERY careful.)
