My Galaxy S3 is gone on safe mode and I have tried restarting my phone over and over again, factory reset none of the helped plz suggest how can I get my phone working normally..

Power off. Take the battery out. Leave it alone for about 10 minutes. Hold the power button down for a few seconds.
Put the battery back in and turn the phone on.
If that doesn't do it, if you're in the US, go to a Best Buy store and ask where the Samsung desk is. They can help you.
If not, contact Samsung.
