S3 Soft-Bricked

After downgrading my AT&T S3 from Kitkat to Jellybean , I think the EFS file was corrupted , so what I tried to do is install a custom rom , but it said something , but I forgot . I left the phone alone for hours & as soon as I boot it up , it says "Firmware Upgrade encountered, Connect to Kies" . Help anyone ? I really need to fix my S3 . my iPhone 4S is locked to Sprint , and I live in Guam , Sprint isn't a carrier in Guam .

Go to sammobile and download another rom there u should b ok do it for ur S4 as well it will unlock it
