Hello all, Long time lurker and second time poster (I think

I JUST got an S3 this afternoon and I updated all the way up to 4.0.4 and I deleted a taskbar app along the way somehow. I cannot re-add or edit them at all. I've tried dragging an item down but I get the delete bar instead, I've looked through options for a while now and I'm just tired.
I know it's probably very simple but I think I'm lacking the knowledge of phones haha. Can someone help me out at all?
Also, I don't feel like installing third party apps unless really necessary or they will help with a lot.
