Help s3 won't bootup , suck at startup screen

Hi all

I have not rooted my device nor do I want to. today all a sudden the phone restarted and ever since it only boots up to Samsung Galaxy S 3 boot up screen the black screen , by pressing vol down and home button + power button I can get what I understand to be the download OS ROM section other thant his I can't see a option to reinstall OS.

I am total newbie and would urgently request your support.

I have not install any apps from third party or Market for the pass month. the device work like a dream for the pass 9 months.

how can I fix this no error are provided by the device

Recommend volume up to go into recovery instead. You can factory reset from there. If that doesn't work, it may be a hardware error. Take it to 3.
