Help S3mini not working right

My s3mini has recently been acting odd. It goes really slow, the key board takes a long time to pop up, sometimes it doesn't at all, and most of the time when im on the internet the browser just shuts off. I've ran scans, restarted it and got rid of apps, but its not helping. Any suggestions?

could be a number of things,apps still running in background, is the fone rooted?, do u run apps from int or ext sd card?, stock or custom rom, if you can boot to recovery try clearing dalvic cache

Thanks, but I solved the problem. just took the battery out for a few minutes, phone works fine now.
