Help S4 Google Play Problem

Every time I try to open Google Play it opens but closes right away, this just started happening. I have tried force stopping google play along with clearing data and cache then restarting it but that didn't seem to help. I have also done the same with the google play services but still nothing.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Shame it not giving an error. You might try repeating those steps and add uninstall updates.

Did you restart phone? Sometimes thats a simple fix for a problem.

I know a little bit about this situation as I was there, and I told her the usual fixes for this problem. What we did try:
Clear Cache / Data for play store
Clear Cache / Data for play store service
Force stop both play store and play store service
Uninstall updates for play store
Restart the phone (multiple times)

None of the above have fixed the issue, and I have run out of ideas of ways to fix it.

Thanks but I figured out the problem.. my downloads were disabled for some reason and all I had to do was enable them again.
