S4 Mini not receiving MMS

[Android Question]

I was sent a MMS from an iPhone to my S4 mini. I can't open it, it just says downloading I am on the Tesco mobile network.

Can anyone help please?

Are you able to receive MMS messages from other phones? If not, then you may need to make sure you have the correct APN (Access Point Name) settings from Tesco Mobile...

It's also worth mentioning that you need to have mobile data enabled to send/receive MMS messages... if you turn off mobile data when connected to WIFI, then you wouldn't receive the message!
