S4 mini problem

My s4 mini is version 4.2.2. When I try to update it to the latest, it says all updates already installed. My model number is GT-I9192. What can I do to fix this?

SamMobile has the latest version at 4.4.2
Depending on your device Product and CSC codes, you should be able to download the firmware for your country and carrier and install it with Odin

Thanks for the reply, but my country isn't there. I'm from Barbados and it's not listed there.

The csc codes are
AP: I9192XXUBNB1
CP : I9192XXUNBNB1
CSC : I9192OJVBNB1

I dont know what to do for the product codes.

Your phone is a multi CSC version and you should be able to flash any firmware for any of the CSC's listed for your phone which are all 4.2.2.
I think you can flash any of the 4.4.2's but let me confirm with @ironass to be sure. He's the best person I know of with what you can and can't do with international Samsung.
