Hello guys, i have a really anoying problem i cant fix by myself.
Here it is: i got my s4 active (sgh-i537) from at&t, unblocked it (to use it in mexico) and then root it. So far i was doing good, but when i installed and applied a root mod to my phone, i totally screw it. Didnt back up before this change, and the problem is that i can lock my screen but it doesnt goes off. Meaning... the display is always on and my battery lasts for 4 hours tops... i have already hard reset the phone several times, using pro user and efiles to locate the file or driver that was damaged, but i wasnt able to find anything to fix it, ive downloaded tons of apps to lock, and turn the screen off, but the most they do is turn the screen off for 2 seconds and then it turns back on.
Its been 2 weeks since i had this problem and as i said, ive tried everything, apps, restets, kies, EVERYTHING does anyone has an idea on how to fix this?
