Help s4 questions

Newbie
Hey, hope someone can help me.

I am looking to get a s4, there are a few different models and im wondering which one to get? And also which ones are 4g enabled? Im not interested in the zoom model or the mini model just the standard 5 inch screen size.

Sorry if posted in wrong place or something!

Thanks :):)

It depends on if you want a branded model (one that a carrier sells) or if you want an unlocked model. Are you locked into a carrier?

If it will work with your carrier, sure, I guess. Now you have to decide 16 or 32 GB. I'm grandfathered with an unlimited data plan from Verizon so I have a SCH-I545. I went with a 32GB because I ran out of internal space on my original droid and I understand it's not easy to install apps on a memory card anymore.

Well if it's unlocked then it will work with any network? (That's what it's called in UK). And I've only seen 16.gb models of the i9505 and i9500? Theres also a i9506 do you know what's different about that one?

I do know that the model unlocked or not must be able to receive the frequency your network uses. For example, the SHV models don't use 850 so if your network does it won't work. I was also looking at the i9506 and it seems to have better hardware but other than that I have no clue if it will work here or there.
Honestly, I don't know anything more than what's listed on that chart.
Luckily, there are tons of people on this site who know much, much more than I do on the subject. Hopefully one of them will chime in and be able to help you further.
Sorry I couldn't help more.

I still have an unlimited data plan with Verizon and they are the only provider with coverage in my area. Verizon no longer offers these and I didn't want to lose it so I had to buy a phone off plan. As a Verizon customer my only choice was the SCH-i545. I did have to search to find the 32GB version and it did cost a little more but I'm an app addict so I really wanted the extra space. I purchased mine here: http://swappa.com/ and I was satisfied I got a good phone at a decent price.
As I said, the first step really has to be what phone will work on which provider. After that it's all up to personal preference. Good luck in the hunt!
