I haven't broken out cracked the screen of my phone but it recently got stuck at white Verizon screen and won't complete boot. It is a rooted Samsung Galaxy S4 I545 Verizon on 4.3.3.
I've already factory data resest it.
I went as far as installing drivers from kies and flashing stock firmware. No luck. Oden says pass still getting power. So I'm assuming its gotta be the digitizer or LCD or something. thought id ask for advice on where to get the CHEAPEST OEM repair kit for it. Any pointers?

Your copy editing skills leave something to be desired so your post is a little hard to understand.

As far as I can tell, you are saying you have not broken the screen but your phone appears not to boot. If all that's wrong is that the screen is broken, your phone would still work. You could phone it and it would ring. If you cannot, that suggests something other than the screen is broken.

If you cannot boot, how did you do a factory reset?

I strongly recommend that you do not replace the screen for two reasons. Firstly, the symptoms you describe don't sound remotely similar to the symptoms of a broken screen. Secondly, you will probably break your phone even further. Your interests would be best served by posting a new thread in which you should describe what has happened, what the symptoms are and what you have done so far to try to fix it. The current thread title doesn't describe your problem well so people probably aren't reading it.
