Help S4 Text Message Notification Sounds not working

Hi,

I just got my S4. I'm not able to get notification sounds when I receive a text message.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Do you have an app installed to manage your notification sound at certain times of the day? If you do that is causing it. The sound will come back if you reboot your phone. I had the same issue and i finally had to install it. .. Was missing to many texts.
