Help S4 volume question.

Hi all. How do you change the settings to have full volume on your ring tone as soon as it rings? I have a kick ass ring tone, but I always miss the first couple of seconds as the sound is always low when it first rings.

DIR does work. But, the ringtone is still quiet enough to miss a call while in one's pocket.

Down load a music mixer app from play store. Then take that ring tone and add a second or two of blank nothing to it.
That way the song won't kick in until your phone boosts the volume up.

Goto: Settings > My device > Call, select checkbox for "Increase volume in pocket"
Not very intuitive location, but there it is.
