is the Samsung GALAXY S4 model GTi9505 WORK IN IRAQ because i want to buy it from New Zealand i do not want to buy gt i9500 this available inside Iraq i mean not any problem like when i make update or upgrade to the device in Iraq

Iraq wireless operates on GSM 900, and that is one of the available bands on the i9500. As long as you buy a carrier-unlocked model, you should have no problem. You will likely need to get the APN settings from the Iraq wireless carrier, but that's a 1-time setup.

Updates are a different matter. OTA (over-the-air) updates are pushed out by carriers for their own devices. Since you will have an unlocked phone, you'll never be offered an OTA in Iraq. However, the normal wired methods (e.g., ADB or Kies) will work.
