Help S5 4G Issue

Over the past week my Galaxy S5 keeps loosing 4G about 4-5 times a day. The only way to fix it is to put it in airplane mode and then take it off. It gets very annoying. It still shows 4G but there is no up and down arrows showing receiving/sending, and also the 4G icon is dem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The phone only uses 4g when it is transfering a lot of data.

If it just needs to be a telephone, it switches down to a lower grade of service.

This is to make the 4g system serve more people. (just the messenger, read that somewhere)
