Hi everyone. My question today is the following
I have an unlocked Galaxy S5 from T-mobile which i am using on MetroPCS. The phone is not rooted, and is on Android 5.1.1.
I have tried to do software updated, being its a "new" phone, (It is), but it keeps saying update failed, not sure if that will help or not.
I put in a new APN i got from Metro, and everything has been working fine except that, I cannot make calls on the LTE network.
The call immediately cancels when i start it, no matter what number i try. I can receive phone calls, but it drops my network to 4g during, and takes a bit longer than it should to connect.
I can make calls on wifi-calling, 4g, edge. But not when on my 4gLTE network.
Metro tried a new APN, and resetting my signal, to no avail.
I am stumped, and looking for advise. I don't have much faith in Metros tech support. They made a ticket, but i only have 30 days to return this phone if i cannot solve this issue, and Metro may take a while to solve this, so here i am.
Thanks all for looking, and question or information you need i will gladly supply.
