I am afraid that this forum is for genuine Galaxy S5 users who are running genuine S5 firmware which will be totally different to that of a clone firmware. I would try doing a Google search to see if other, similar, clone phone users are able to help.

all i wanna know is does anyone recognise the screen so i can disable it. it looks like some kind of exercise step counter app , tried searching google already

I wouldn't be surprised about any errors with a cloned device. I assume the factory image is not available, due to it being a clone? Maybe best to try a factory reset, if it's available in the setttings...

Can you get into the phone at all? Perhaps you can look in the app manager and see what is running and narrow it down?

To me, that looks just like the standard homepage weather app from AccuWeather that is on all Verizon S5 phones.

To get rid of it, just long press on the app display and drag it to Remove... the app is still on the phone, but it is out of your way. As for the name of the app, not sure what it will be called, but this is a very good reason to install
cleanMaster because that app's App Mgr is very good at detailing Downloaded apps (can be deleted) Versus Factory Installed apps (can be disabled)

use this app to get rid of stuff you don't want on that clone phone
