Seeing if anyone else may be experiencing this problem...one reason I bought the S5 was the fingerprint sensor. I have it working correctly with 3 different fingers.
Having said that, I set up my Exchange account for corporate email and now the screen must lock with a PIN number. I was hoping to be able to use the fingerprint scanner to unlock the device. Anyone have theirs working with Exchange and would share how they did it?
It worked when I had my iPhone 5s correctly but something is not set right on the Samsung device.
